Great advice! My first dog that I got when I first left home passed away a few years ago and he would honestly not eat while I was away from him and he would find my clothes to sleep on if I wasn’t there. Dogs really do go through anxiety it’s sad that people don’t realize just how many emotions dogs share with us

Hi Lily, Happy Halloween. Trick or treat is not celebrated that much here in our country (Philippines). Only private villages do that, some malls give candies but not all. It’s okey though because I find it scary sometimes.

Many home remedies are great for our pets, but pet owners should be warned that many products and even natural vegetables can be toxic or deadly to pets. All pets owners should do research or contact their vet if they wish to use a product on their pet for pest control, bathing or feeding something new.

Another point to keep in mind is something that will not affect a dog might kill a cat. Whether it is ingested or put on their skin. Jans:Thank you for leaving your comments. Your so right pet owners should be warned and I think I’m doing this when I post a dog or cat home remedey. You see before I post it a friend who owns a dog or a cat or I myself have given the dog home remedey a try-out and only if it worked for me or them will I Post it on my blog here. how well does this treatment work. one of my cats brought fleas into my house about two months ago. it was acouple weeks untill i noticed. i thought i had it under control but when i went to visit my family for a couple of weeks when i came back the fleas where every where i bath my cats almost every day now and befor i had treated my carpets with a powder and a spray for about two weeks strait and it seem to be working. but at the moment i cant afford to do that again do you think this meathod will work for me or do you know something that might work better€??

sarah I also cannot afford those expensive flea treaments. Oh at first I used to buy them all the time but then money came hard to come by and this is why I started searching on the net to find hOME REMEDIES THAT i COULD AFFORD TO TREAT MY DOGS. I think this method will work for you it was recommended to me by a friend who owns cats and dogs. So give it a try and let me know if it worked for you? thanks so much for stopping by my page and I have to say this comes as a great post for me b/c since someone dropped off the pups at our house it seems fleas are everywhere! we have done everything and it’ll help for a little bit but then here they come again!!! Even ORKIN isn’t helping!!! I had heard about garlic helping and I think this recipe is the perfect solution to getting them to eat it! Great post!

These dogs are incredible. I just recently did an article on the Portuguese Water Dog and would not mind having one myself. I think it is a good choice for the first family, however I have a dog named Bocephus, Bo for short, and was a little bummed that they share the same name. lol

Cute story but it also points out that some pet store owners will sell anything for a buck. Did you know that several states have strict laws governing the sale of puppies and kittens in pet stores? The laws are so strict in some areas that you just don’t see puppies or kittens in pet stores anymore. Gone are the days of watching puppies play or sleep in the pet store window. Of course pet stores were the bread and butter for puppy mills everywhere.
